The winner: Many people have brass candlesticks and unused china stored in closets. When I looked at my candlesticks and porcelain plates, I wondered how I could create a new look that would have a function. Sellers encourage showing Realtors (buyer agents) to leave a business card when their house is shown. Why not create a catchy look that captures someone’s attention at the front door? I used super glue to secure the porcelain plate to the candlestick to create a place for candy for the children, and a plate for the agent’s business card. Robin Faison, Charlotte
