    The Rock Hill Police Honor Guard present the colors at the dedication of the Leonard A. Farrington 9/11 Memorial Bridge on Sutton Road and I-77. Farrington, a World War II Navy veteran, waved the flag from the overpass on September 11 after the 2001 attacks in New York and Washington.
