Police are asking the public’s help in finding three men wanted in connection with an alleged rape and robbery at a west Charlotte hotel early Monday.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police detectives say the alleged assault was reported shortly after midnight at a hotel in the 3400 block of Queen City Drive. A woman told police she had been sexually assaulted and robbed by three men in her hotel room.

The woman said her rental vehicle, which was parked at the hotel, was stolen. That vehicle was later recovered, police say.

Anyone with information in the case is asked to call 911 or leave information with Crime Stoppers, at 704-334-1600 or at http://charlottecrimestoppers.com.
