Oyster Roast at 7th Street MarketThe Charlotte Food and Wine Weekend Organization is hosting an oyster roast on Friday, Oct. 4 in order to raise funds for the group’s 25th anniversary designated charities. The roast, sponsored by Lexus, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and the Meat and Fish Company, will be held at the 7th Street Public Marketfrom 7-8:30 p.m. Guests can expect steamed oysters, peel and eat shrimp and Olde Mecklenburg beer.
