YORK Police arrested a York man in the parking lot of York Comprehensive High School on Tuesday afternoon after they found drugs and related items in his car, according to a York police report.
Keion Henreik King, 18, was charged with possession of marijuana in close proximity to a school, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of ammunition.
According the police report, officers went to the school after King was found loitering in a car in the parking lot. When an officer asked King what he was doing, he said he was waiting for a friend who was using a restroom inside the building.
In King’s car, police found two scales, three rounds of ammunition, and baggies filled with marijuana. Police estimated the total amount of marijuana at 20 grams.
He is being held at Moss Justice Center on $30,000 bail, according to the York County Sheriff’s Office website. The report also noted that King was on probation for an unrelated incident in Kershaw County.
