Best pumpkin seeds ever

If you like to roast the pumpkin seeds scooped out from the jack o’ lantern you carve this weekend, give the following recipe a try. What makes it clever is the delicious simplicity. The recipe comes from Cookbook I, the Junior League of Grand Rapids, Mich.

Take 2 cups unwashed pumpkin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 11/2 tablespoons butter, melted, 11/4 teaspoons salt. Mix ingredients, place in a large shallow pan. Bake 2 hours at 250 degrees, stirring occasionally.
