Tech Time: Know Your Child
Developed by a Swedish psychologist and mother of two young children, the apps are divided into two age categories:
Know Your Child 0-1 years: attachment, child development, the couple relationship, food, parenting, self-esteem, sleep and well-being.
Know Your Child 1-6 years: attachment, autonomy development, child development, conflict management, parenting, self-esteem, siblings and sleep.
Messages include information on child development, guides to try to see situations from the childs perspective, and examples of how you can handle the various types of situations that can arise when you are living with a young child.
The Know Your Child apps can be purchased in the iTunes store for $4.99 each and offer:
- * One message per day during one year, a total of 365 messages.
- * A useful search function that enables you to easily find earlier messages or quickly access earlier messages by category.
- * Links and telephone numbers with, among other things, information about where you can turn if you have questions or concerns regarding your child or yourself as a parent in several countries.
- * The possibility to choose between three languages: English, French and Swedish.
