Senate hopefuls looking to replace Republican U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham will stump in Rock Hill later this month.
The local political action committee GPS Conservatives for Action is hosting a public forum with S.C. District 5 Patriots on Nov. 19.
S.C. Sen. Lee Bright from Spartanburg and Anderson businessman Richard Cash will attend the forum.
Nancy Mace, a Charleston businesswoman, has not committed to attend the event, organizers say.
Bright, Cash and Mace are all running in the 2014 Republican primary, hoping to unseat Graham, who is seeking a third term in office next year.
Graham is the state’s senior senator. Organizers say Graham was invited to attend the forum later this month but he declined.
Each candidate at the forum will be given 10 minutes to make an opening statement, followed by questions from the audience.
The event is free and open to the public. The forum starts at 7 p.m. in the Magnolia Room at Laurel Creek in Rock Hill.
