Salisbury license plate agency moves next week

SALISBURY The N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles says the license plate agency in Salisbury is moving next week and will be closed Monday.

The agency will reopen Tuesday in its new office. The agency is remaining on East Kerr Street but is moving next door. The new facility will open at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

During Monday’s closure, Rowan County residents can get license plates at these DMV offices:

Mocksville: 124 South Salisbury Street, Suite 101

Kannapolis: 1509 Dale Earnhardt Blvd.

Statesville: 121 West Water Street

Thomasville: 1033 Randolph Street, Suite 13
