We all appreciate multifunctional devices, and the RAVPower FileHub works hard to take on several data-sharing jobs that have become more in demand.
The pocket-sized device has a 3000mAh battery for on-the-go power and charging of Apple and Android mobile devices. It also can be set up as a Wi-Fi network for sharing videos, music, photos or documents with multiple devices.
A built-in SD card reader lets you store your digital files on the memory cards and access the contents on a smartphone, tablet or computer via the built-in Wi-Fi system.
You can also access content by connecting a flash drive or bigger external hard drives to the built-in USB port.
Setting up each device is different, but the step-by-step instructions make it problem-free. The device is also useful for iPad users, since Apple doesn’t allow direct plugging in of expandable media such as movie or TV show libraries.
Up to five devices can connect simultaneously, and LED status lights on the front show battery level, read/write, Wi-Fi level and wide-area network. $45 at
