Swim for MS: “Why I Swim”
Through Jan. 2, 2014, the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America will accept submissions for its national “Why I Swim” campaign. Those with MS who swim or participate in water-based exercise programs can share their stories about how water activities have affected their lives. Once all the story entries are in, the organization will select three representatives to be featured on its website, social media platforms and in print. The three also will receive personalized training sessions with an aquatics fitness instructor. Details: swimforms.org.
