Q. How did you come up with the idea for GreenFitGirl?

A. I LOVE being active outdoors and all the benefits that come with it. I am passionate about fitness and believe in the power of a supportive community. So I reached out and organized a group of women that were interested in training for a 5K. I put them in a friendly and supportive environment, and coached them to achieve their 5K goal. The GreenFitGirl community was born!
