Four people displaced in northwest Charlotte blaze

Four adults have been displaced after a duplex fire started Wednesday evening in northwest Charlotte.

Charlotte firefighters were dispatched to the fire at 326 Honeywood Ave. The call for service came in about 7:19 p.m., with reports of smoke showing, Fire Capt. Dennis Gist said.

It took 21 firefighters 14 minutes to contain the fire, he said. No injuries were reported.
