Huntersville to discuss Upper Ramah Creek Basin plan

Learn about Huntersville’s plans to manage growth in the Upper Ramah Creek Basin at a public information meeting from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the Huntersville Town Hall board room, 101 Huntersville-Concord Road.

The town intends to develop a long-range land use and transportation plan for the basin. Town officials anticipate development will come with the extension of the Ramah Creek sewer line from Huntersville-Concord Road to N.C. 73 (Davidson-Concord Road).

At Thursday’s meeting, town staff will detail the study area and how such small-area plans are developed. The public can offer input.
