Jack Bolton became an associate coach for the Carolina Panthers for one day last August with help from the football team and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Jack, 9, has spinal muscular atrophy, and through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Panthers learned of his wish: “I want to coach with Ron Rivera.”

Jack was signed to a one-day coaching contract, and given his own locker, uniform, challenge flag and whistle.
