Police investigating armed robbery at Wendy’s

Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened Monday morning at Wendy's in the 3500 block of Mount Holly-Huntersville Road in Charlotte.

Police received a call at 10:23 a.m. that a black male wearing a ski mask robbed the business and fled on foot. No one was injured.

A K-9 unit couldn't find the suspect, according to police. No details were available on the amount of money taken. Celeste Smith
