In case Hallmark hasn’t reminded you yet, it’s Valentine’s Day. If you don’t already have dinner reservations (or a date, for that matter) here are some things to do to celebrate.

Friday

The Cuddle You So Hard Valentine’s Bar Crawl: Could make for either a quirky romantic night with a significant other, or just another wild outing with friends. Check-in is 6-8 p.m. at Fitzgerald’s Irish Pub (201 E. Fifth St.), then the party weaves through uptown with stops at Connolly’s on Fifth, SIP, Prohibition, Ri Ra and The Roxbury. $15 (includes a T-shirt, koozie and candy necklace). www.CarolinaNightlife.com.

Desserts First Valentine’s Day Celebration at Cajun Canvas (11116-B S. Tryon St.): Enjoy a dessert buffet while creating a painting to commemorate the day. And it’s BYOW (Bring Your Own Wine). 6-8 p.m. $25 for one, $45 for two. 704-504-5224.

Sweet Delight Speed Dating Series: Valentine’s Day Edition Singles Mixer at Aloft Hotel Uptown (210 E. Trade St.): This is the place to be if you’re looking for love and want to mix and mingle with other Charlotte singles. With live music by Brianna Chevonne. 6 p.m. $20. 704-333-1999.

Chocolate Adventures at Roof With a View (800 W. Hill St.): Featuring live Jazz by the Michael Porter Trio, not to mention lots and lots of chocolate, wine and other desserts. 7-9 p.m. $75 per person, all-inclusive. 704-264-9042.

Saturday

The inaugural Triple C Folk Festival at Triple C Brewery (2900 Griffith St.): The musical lineup includes Jim Avett, Ancient Cities, Josh Daniel, the Mark Schimick Band, Elonzo, Sinners & Saints, and Lea Pritchard. And, of course, there’ll be a great beer lineup (as well as craft vendors) on hand. 3-10 p.m. $15, with proceeds benefiting the Western Carolinas Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. 704-372-3212.

Cupids and Canines at Lucky Dog Bark and Brew (19607 Statesville Road, Cornelius): It’s a Valentine’s party gone to the dogs, with a Cutest Dog Valentine costume contest, a doggie kissing booth and Great Dane rescues on site. 7-10 p.m. Free. 704-896-5550.

Love on the Lake Valentine’s Yacht Cruise at the Peninsula Yacht Club (18501 Harbor Light Blvd., Cornelius). A (heated) cruise for singles and couples on Lake Norman under a full moon with entertainment, free food and a cash bar. 7-10:30 p.m. $50 per person (overnight packages available as well), 704-649-8520.

Sunday

The 13th Annual Bartender’s Ball at Silver Hammer Studios (817 Hamilton St.): Charlotte’s biggest party has a new home, and the theme this year is Tinseltown – so it’s a salute to movies and TV. 7 p.m.-midnight. $70, all-inclusive food and lots and lots of drinks (plan to call a cab!). www.charlottebartendersball.com.
