ROCK HILL Two women in Rock Hill reported a man looking in their windows on two days last week, according to reports from Rock Hill police.

The first woman saw a “younger black male looking in her window” at her home on Emmet Street on Wednesday afternoon. She described him as thin and wearing a light blue blanket or jacket.

When she saw the suspect, he ran towards the Emmet Scott Center, a report stated.

The second incident occurred on Rock Street on Sunday afternoon. A woman saw a man standing on her deck. She asked him what he was doing and said she was going to call the police and he ran down the street. The woman told police that on Wednesday, when her neighbor reported the man at her window, she also saw footprints in the snow outside one of her windows.

The woman involved in the second incident was able to pick a man out of a photo line up, according to one of the reports.

The case is still under investigation.
