Some of this city’s best ideas have big hearts behind them. And nowhere is that more obvious than at SEED20 from Social Venture Partners. This program, which is designed to discover and ultimately fund the region’s most innovative non-profits, is holding its biggest event, SEED20 OnStage on March 11. The event, which is held at Uptown’s Urban Garden in Bank of America Center, is a competition-meets-celebration at which 10 of the area’s most creative social entrepreneurs will offer three-minute pitches of their ideas. The audience and judges pick their favorites who are competing for cash (for their respective non-profits). Tickets start at $45 and are available via www.seed20.org .
