Should the Carolina Panthers allow Jerricho Cotchery to wear No. 89?

The Carolina Panthers and former N.C. State receiver Jerricho Cotchery came to terms Thursday. Cotchery has worn No. 89 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Should the Panthers allow him to wear No. 89, Steve Smith's old number?
