Raising Hope (9pm, Fox) - Tonight is the series finale of “Raising Hope” and the biggest regret is seeing the amazing Martha Plimpton out of work. (Who wants to start the petition to get her on “The Good Wife” full time?) In the first half of the finale, Jimmy ( Lucas Neff) and Sabrina ( Shannon Woodward) get a maid who used to work for Sabrina’s grandmother, and Virginia (Plimpton) gets a promotion. Later, Virginia’s dad returns to Natesville with a surprise for his daughter and Burt ( Garret Dillahunt) that includes a wedding and a performance by Kenny Loggins.

Unforgettable (8pm, CBS) - Funny, I keep forgetting this show is still on. Tonight, Carrie and Al pose as a married couple to catch a killer who may be responsible for a series of unsolved homicides that Al investigated years earlier.

The Neighbors (8:30pm, ABC) - Larry Bird’s handsome brother, DJ Jazzy Jeff, arrives for a visit that he claims is strictly social, but he’s actually in cahoots with their father to bring the entire community back to Zabvron.

Hannibal (10pm, NBC) - A city councilman’s body is discovered intertwined with a tree, suggesting the work of the Chesapeake Ripper. Elsewhere, growing suspicions surround Hannibal as he hosts a dinner party, and Alana is drawn closer to Hannibal. Eddie Izzard returns.

Continuum (10pm, Syfy) - In the Season 3 premiere, Kiera puts everything on the line and her trust in a mysterious group as she races to stop Alec, who’s trying to save Emily from altering history.
