The teen was arrested on drug possession and paraphernalia charges on Saturday.

Police were called to the corner of Woodland and Burnett Drive in York regarding a noisy group of teens out on the street.

According to the report, the suspect turned his back and dropped a baggie to the ground when an officer walked toward him.
