Iredell County sheriff’s deputies are looking for two men and have arrested another in connection with a pair of break-ins at a store east of Statesville.

The sheriff’s office said deputies arrested Charles R. Hernandez-Sandoval, 20, of Statesville. Authorities said they are looking for Bryan Edwards Navarro and Stephon Jamal McClain.

The first break-in at Beaver Country Store on Mocksville Highway was reported Feb. 28. Detectives got video of the crime, but no other leads developed until the store was broken into again March 21.

Deputies said the videos showed similarities in the suspect’s mannerisms, clothing, shoes and back pack.

Detectives worked with residents in the area and developed leads in the case. That led to the arrest Monday of Hernandez-Sandoval. Investigators said some of the items taken in the break-ins was recovered at the suspect’s residence.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Navarro or McClain is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 704-878-3180 or Crime Stoppers at 704-662-1340.
