Lancaster man outs himself as flasher

LANCASTER The “serial flasher” accused of exposing himself at several Lancaster businesses over the past several months called police late Thursday to ask why his picture was on the news, according to police documents.

On Friday, police charged Jared Pawless, 29, of Lancaster with two counts of indecent exposure. His arrest came a day after police distributed a surveillance image of a man they said walked into several city businesses this year, exposing himself.
