    Early voting began Thursday april 24, 2014 at 13 locations across Mecklenburg County. Voting at the Hal Marshall Annex begins at 8am while the 12 remaining sites see voters beginning at 11am. On Saturday May 3rd, the final day of early voting, all 13 sites are open from 10am-1pm. No sites are open on Saturday, April 26 or on Sunday, April 27th.
