Plimpton! Starring George Plimpton as Himself (9:30pm, UNC-TV) - American Masters presents its bio of George Plimpton, the man whose exploits in participatory journalism led to the books “Paper Lion” (about his tryout for the Detroit Lions) and “Out of My League” (about his stint pitching to baseball all-stars). He also edited the Paris Review and hung out with presidents.

Shark Tank (8pm, ABC) - In the Season 5 finale, a college student pitches her idea for a flat-folding, reusable storage box and two Beverly Hills moms have an app for measuring foot sizes.

Hart of Dixie (9pm, CW) - Wade must make a hard choice about his future in the wake of Zoe’s grand gesture in the Season 3 finale.

Barbara Walters: Her Story (9pm, ABC) - A tribute to Barbara Walters, featuring a look back at her 50-year career in TV journalism.

Grimm (9pm, NBC) - The third season ends with the arrival of Monroe and Rosalee’s wedding day. Meanwhile, Nick and Juliette come to a surprising realization that could have lasting effects on their relationship.
