The keynote speaker was Judge Albert Diaz of the 4th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Charlotte Law's first graduating class was in 2009 and it currently serves about 1,350 students with legal education. The school of law moved to a new location at Charlotte Plaza on College Street.
