Luke Bryan falls off stage during Charlotte concert

Country music star Luke Bryan has a few stitches after falling off the stage during a concert Thursday at Charlotte's PNC Music Pavilion.

Bryan was performing Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' hit song, "Can't hold us" and standing at the edge of the stage when he took a step forward and fell. Several people walked over to the singer to check on him. The crowd cheered when Bryan stood up, and the singer finished singing the song's chorus. Many fans are seen taking photos and videos.

"The last time I was in North Carolina, I busted my a**," Bryan said, referring to another fall during a February concert in Greensboro.

Bryan took to Twitter to say he was alright, but needed stitches.
