‘Jersey Boys’

Tue 6.17 Directed by Clint Eastwood and based on the Broadway musical, it’s the story of four young men from the wrong side of the tracks in New Jersey who came together to form the iconic 1960s rock group The Four Seasons.

WIN TICKETS: “Jersey Boys” (rated R) opens June 20, but an advance screening of the film is set for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, in south Charlotte. Free passes will be distributed in the main lobby of The Charlotte Observer building, 600 S. Tryon St., during normal business hours on Friday, June 13. Limit two admit-one passes per person, while supplies last.

‘Think Like a Man Too’

Tue 6.17 All the couples are back for a wedding in Las Vegas, but plans for a romantic weekend go awry when their various misadventures get them into some compromising situations that threaten to derail the big event.

WIN TICKETS: “Think Like a Man Too” (rated PG-13) opens June 20, but an advance screening of the film is set for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, in south Charlotte.
