Stanly County authorities have made their third arrest since spring in connection with a theft last year of an ATV from a business.

The sheriff’s office said Tracey Jerry Brewer, 23, of Pilot Mountain, was arrested Wednesday and charged with felony breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.

The charge stems from the theft last Oct. 23 of a Suzuki ATV from Motorhead Toys in Richfield.

Two men already face charges in connection with the same theft. The sheriff’s office first arrested 21-year-old Devaunte Daiqon Collins of New London in mid-March, then charged Joshua Allen McLain, 22, of Richfield, in early June.

Brewer’s first court date is scheduled for Monday.
