There's no doubt paddleboarding is becoming increasingly popular around the lake. These days, a few local spots have taken the core strengthening pastime to the next level with SUP (stand up paddleboarding) yoga and bootcamp classes in addition to their lessons and rentals. Here's where to go to add an extra splash of fun and fitness to your SUP experience.
