Arrowood running for appeals court

Former Appeals Court Judge John Arrowood of Charlotte announced Tuesday that he’ll run for the seat of Judge John Martin, who announced his retirement this month.

Arrowood served on the court in 2007 and 2008 after being appointed by former Gov. Mike Easley. Arrowood works for James, McElroy and Diehl, where he specializes in employment and commercial law.
