Police offer reward in Shelby robbery cases

A $2,000 cash reward is being offered by Crime Stoppers, the Shelby police and the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office for information leading to the arrest of Regis Lee Wright, 22, 704 N. Lafayette St., Shelby.

Wright is wanted on a felony absconder’s warrent for a parole violation, authorities said, and also is sought in connection with a recent string of armed robberies in Cleveland County.
