    - LINCOLN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Holli Heather Hawkins, 30, was arrested Monday and charged with one felony count and two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, resisting an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lincoln County police arrested two Mooresville residents Monday on drug charges and outstanding felony warrants after responding to a domestic disturbance call at Rock Springs Campground.

Police responded to a call at the Denver campground where an employee requested to have Holli Heather Hawkins, 30, and Bobby Ray Williams Jr., 35, banned from the grounds.

That’s when deputies learned that Williams was wanted in Iredell County for breaking and entering, larceny and trespassing. Williams was arrested and turned over to Iredell County and later released.

Deputies also found illegal drugs and paraphernalia in Hawkins’ purse. A search of the vehicle Hawkins was driving turned up hypodermic needles and 22 balloons containing an ounce of heroin.

Lincoln County police charged Hawkins with one felony count and two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, resisting an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hawkins was released from the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center on a $10,000 secured bond.

Williams is now wanted in Lincoln County on felony charges including trafficking heroin and possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance. Warrants for Williams have not been served.
