Briefly: The Knights fell to the Braves 5-4 Sunday in the finale of their two-game series in Lawrenceville, Ga. … Matt Lindstrom (on his rehab assignment from the Chicago White Sox) has allowed three runs on five hits over two innings (two appearances). … Avisail Garcia (also with the Knights on rehab assignment from the White Sox) had to be removed from Sunday’s game after being hit by a pitch in the left-elbow area during his second at-bat. Garcia had gone 5-for-10 in three appearances (all at designated hitter) with Charlotte. He’s listed as day-to-day. … Maikel Cleto has been recalled by the White Sox. To make room for him on the roster, Chicago reassigned Taylor Thompson to the Knights. Cleto had not allowed a run in his last five appearances (72/3 IP), while striking out 13. … The Knights will welcome more than 20 former Charlotte Hornets baseball players to the game on Tuesday for a special Charlotte Hornets Tribute.
