$10K winning lottery ticket bought in Lake Wylie to expire soon

LAKE WYLIE A $10,000 lottery ticket sold in Lake Wylie is about to expire, lottery officials say.

One week remains to claim the Powerball ticket sold at QuikTrip 1057 at 4020 Charlotte Hwy. this past February. The ticket purchased for the Feb. 19 drawing and must be claimed no later than Aug. 18. The ticket matched four white ball numbers and the red Powerball number: 1 - 17 - 35 - 49 - 54 Powerball: 34

The winning ticket must be claimed at the Columbia Claims Center.

If the prize is not claimed, the $10,000 winnings will be deposited in the Education Lottery Account to support educational programs in South Carolina.

Players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes. For complete information on claiming prizes, visit sceducationlottery.com.
