Extended Stay America names chief human resources officer

A former Snyder’s-Lance executive is joining Extended Stay America as chief human resources officer, effective immediately, the Charlotte-based hotel chain announced this week.

Kevin Henry will be responsible for the company’s human resources functions and guess relations at 700 locations across the U.S. and Canada. He will report to chief executive Jim Donald.

Henry, who has also previously worked for Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, replaces Robert Joyce, who is retiring.
