Seth Meyers will emcee the 66th annual Primetime Emmy Awards from Los Angeles on Monday.

Primetime Emmy Awards (8pm, NBC) - The 66th annual awards show is hosted by Seth Meyers. HBO’s “Game of Thrones” leads all programs with 19 nominations, followed by FX’s “Fargo,” which has 18. Presenters include Bryan Cranston, Kerry Washington, Halle Berry, Adam Levine and Julia Roberts.

Top Gear: Cars of the People (9pm, BBC America) - James May learns how the British motor industry blew a gift-wrapped chance to rule the world. Also, May engages in a stunt that means bad news for one of the planet’s most hated cars.

Hotel Hell (9pm, Fox) - Gordon Ramsay assists a Vermont hotel owner whose pet-friendly policy has gotten out of hand.

Under the Dome (10pm, CBS) - Barbie is apprehended by a group of mysterious men who interrogate him about his connection to the Dome. Meanwhile, Big Jim makes a deal that could determine the fate of the Chester’s Mill residents forever.
