NOTES: The Web.com Tour travels to Fort Wayne, Indiana this week for the Hotel Fitness Championship and the first event of the Web.com Tour Finals. The field consists of the top 75 players on the 2014 Web.com Tour money list and players who finished 126-200 on the PGA Tour's FedExCup points list.

This is the first of four full-field stroke play events to compete for 50 PGA Tour cards for the 2014-15 season. The top 25 players on the Web.com Tour money list already secured their PGA Tour cards for next season. Those players are now playing for their priority ranking, while the remaining players are competing for the remaining 25 cards.

This event is being held at Sycamore Hills Golf Club in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The course was designed by golf legend Jack Nicklaus and opened for play in 1989.

Last year, Trevor Immelman fired a 6-under 66 in the final round to rally and win. The former Masters champion finished at 20-under-par 268 for his first Web.com Tour victory.

The Web.com Tour moves to Davidson, North Carolina next week for the second event of the Web.com Tour Finals at the Chiquita Classic. Andrew Svoboda won the 2013 title.
