While wandering through a local store recently, I was amazed at how many traditional outdoor items are now available in pink:

Troutman's aldermen have restored special use permits to the town's zoning ordinance, reversing a year-old decision to abandon that process for a more informal one.

The Mooresville boys' soccer team has been waiting for this season. With 12 seniors back from last year, including eight starters, the Blue Devils (19-2-2 in 2008) anticipated having one of their best teams in some time.

The developer of the planned Promenade on the Lake development on N.C. 150 West has withdrawn a rezoning request that would have allowed Mooresville-based Rowboat Dock & Dredge to move its longtime business to part of the 16.5-acre site.
