A broken storm pipe drain has caused Concord utility officials to close a portion of a road this week.
The pipe has broken on Spring Street NW, between Academy Avenue NW and Marsh Avenue. Utilities officials say they will be working on the repairs through Friday.
Motorists are being detoured onto Union Street North.
Residents of the affected area will have access to their driveways, city officials say.
