Pleasant Knoll Elementary School participated last month in its first Dynamic Dictionary Day. The event was designed to expand students' vocabularies, comprehension and writing. Students came dressed as a word. In the older grades, students were assigned a letter. In kindergarten, each student was assigned a letter, and his or her costume reflected words that begin with that letter. Students also modeled their costumes during a parade.
