    Greetings from IndiaHere's Nikita Samant of Davidson, who visited India with her family in 2008. Her dad, Rahul Samant, took the photo at the Ajanta caves in Western India. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site, he notes. The Buddhist caves were carved by hand between 200 B.C. and A.D. 650.

    GREETINGS FROM PERU Here are Greg Lemmons and his daughter, Meredith Lemmons, in Peru. The Concord residents went to South America in July. They're seen here in the Amazon rain forest with a quartet of local boys.
