PROBLEM
Everyone is telling me I looked up when I know I am still looking at the ground after I hit the ball.
SOLUTION
Keep your head down is the number one misconception in golf. Fact is, the head is part of the follow-through. It is important to stay in your posture at impact, but once you strike the ball the chest and lower body rotate to finish, which means the head has to lift. When golfers over-do keeping the head down, it causes the body to rise. Instead of focusing on your head, focus on finishing at the target. If you don't see the entire flight of your ball, your head was down too long.
