You've been asking for it, and we are building it. We've just begun stocking it, but the Observer recipe database is back. And now there are two ways to find great recipes on everything from desserts to seafood dishes.
For tried and true dishes, browse the collection of Observer-tested recipes from Food Editor Kathleen Purvis and other trusted publications. Each week, we will add new recipes to this database. If you're missing a favorite Observer recipe, email cpr@charlotteobserver.com and we will enter it into the database if we find it.
For the more adventurous, you can search recipes submitted from readers around the region. You never know what yummy recipe is just waiting to be tried. You also can submit your own favorite recipes (click to begin).
