CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A woman is charged with driving while intoxicated while taking her children trick-or-treating.
Police say Kimberly Wyatt crashed into another car on North Tryon Street on Halloween.
Her 14-year-old and 11-year-old daughters were with her at the time.
Wyatt is charged with DWI, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and communicating threats.
