Bank of America, BB&T Corp. and Wells Fargo once again met minimum capital requirements under the Federal Reserve’s annual exams that are supposed to measure the resiliency of the nation’s biggest banks against another major economic downturn.
Gov. Pat McCrory on Thursday began outlining his proposed state budget for the next fiscal year – a plan the governor says is the result of making “tough choices” to produce a “thoughtful” proposal.
