Charlotte City Council will focus Monday on LGBT proposal

The proposed nondiscrimination ordinance has split the city council as well as Charlotte’s faith and business communities. It’s also produced a flood of nearly 40,000 emails to council members, and at least 75 people have signed up to speak at Monday's meeting.
