Carolina Panthers punter Andy Lee plays for hometown team now

Andy Lee and his family already lived in Charlotte, so when the Carolina Panthers needed a punter and negotiated a trade with the Cleveland Browns to get him, it meant he got to play at home. It also gave him another audience to hear the story of why he wears No. 8.

Tuesday is Bratton Chandler's fifth birthday so he and his mother, Emily Chandler, came to the Carolina Panthers practice in hopes of meeting linebacker Luke Kuechly. Kuechly didn't disappoint, giving Bratton a pair of his gloves and autographing his shirt and poster board.
