The exit ramp from Interstate 77 South to I-85 North was closed for about two hours Friday afternoon because of an overturned tractor-trailer.
Medic says two people were taken to Carolinas Medical Center with potentially life-threatening injuries.
The ramp was closed from until about 5 p.m. Friday while crews worked to clear the scene.
